Glen was a United States Senate aide who assisted in the passage of the Americans with Disabilities Act and other legislation affecting people with disabilities.

This is one of Glen's proudest efforts as his parents are Deaf. Naturally, Glen is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL). Glen was also a lobbyist for the states’ attorney-advocates who work on behalf of people with disabilities.
